Shipping policy

Effective Date: August 2026

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

2. Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location within South Africa. Deliveries to major centres are generally faster; outlying and rural areas may take a little longer.

4. Courier

Orders are delivered by The Courier Guy, via our shipping partner Bob Go.

5. Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and is paid by the customer in addition to the price of the book.

6. Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its progress to your door.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at norestfromstress@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.

8. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're not able to redirect an order once it has been dispatched, and additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address.
